A dating guide written for curvy women, not about them

Curvy Match is an independent guide to dating sites and apps for curvy and plus-size singles in the United States, with a few pages for the UK and Ireland. We are not a dating site. We have no members, no profiles and no chat.

Why this site exists

Plus-size women describe the same problems again and again: men who fetishize them, men who hide them, fake profiles, and billing that keeps running after you cancel. Most comparison pages ignore all of that and simply rank whoever pays the most. We rate safety first.

What we do

• Compare sites on public facts: prices, verification tools, who owns them, and what users complain about.
• Write cancel guides and safety guides, and keep the free Chaser Check tool online.
• Date every page and correct it when prices or features change.

What we never do

• Invent reviews, testimonials, member counts or “women online near you”.
• Present the portraits on this site as members. They are AI-generated illustrations, labeled as such.
• Recommend hookup or feeder sites, or use fetishizing language.
• Promote diets, weight-loss products or “before and after” stories. Your body is not a project.

Our words, and why

In our own voice we say curvy and plus-size. Many people in the community also reclaim the word fat as a neutral description, and we respect whichever word you use for yourself.

You will see “BBW” on this site because it is how millions of people search, and how several dating sites name themselves. We use it for site names and searches, never to describe a person, because many women find it reduces them to a category.

Our safety guides and the Chaser Check tool quote real-world examples of hurtful messages, such as “you’re pretty for a big girl”. They appear only as warning signs, clearly labeled, so you can spot them. They are never our words.
