How to cancel BBWCupid (and make sure it stays cancelled)

Short answer
If you paid on the BBWCupid website, log in on a browser, open your account settings, go to the billing or subscription section and turn off automatic renewal. If you paid inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel through Apple or Google instead. Your paid features last until the end of the current period.

First, find out who bills you
Steps here are as of October 2026; BBWCupid does not publish a public step-by-step page we could check, so menu names may differ slightly. Check the site or app if a label does not match.
Look at your bank statement or the receipt email. A charge from Apple or Google means the subscription is managed in that store. Any other merchant name means you paid on the website and should cancel there.
Cancel on the website
Website subscriptions are easiest to manage from a desktop or mobile browser rather than the app.
- Log in at bbwcupid.com in a web browser.
- Open your account or profile settings.
- Find the billing, membership or subscription section.
- Turn off automatic renewal (it may say Cancel, Deactivate or Remove auto-renew) and confirm.
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation and keep the confirmation email.
Turning off renewal stops future charges. It does not delete your profile; that is a separate step in your settings.
Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription
- iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, BBWCupid, Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play, profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, BBWCupid, Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription on either platform.
If you were charged after cancelling
Auto-renewal charges and difficult refunds are among the most common BBWCupid complaints on Trustpilot. If it happens to you, act quickly and keep everything in writing.
- Email BBWCupid support (team@bbwcupid.com) with your username, the charge date and amount, and your cancellation screenshot.
- Read the site's Refund Policy, linked in the footer, and quote it in your request.
- For App Store charges, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your order history.
- If the charge is clearly wrong and support does not answer, ask your card issuer whether you can dispute it.
Leaving for good
Once renewal is off, you can delete or hide your profile from your settings if you do not want to be visible. Before you go, report any profile that asked you for money, gift cards or to move to another app. If you still want to date curvy-positive people in the US, our ranking of BBW dating sites compares the alternatives.
