How to cancel WooPlus (iPhone and Android)

Before you start

These steps are accurate as of October 2026, based on Apple's and Google's help pages and the WooPlus App Store terms. Menus move around, so if a label looks different, check the app or the store's help page.

The WooPlus App Store terms say auto-renew must be off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and that the current period cannot be cancelled once it has started. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current one.

Cancel WooPlus on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed on an Apple device, the subscription lives in your Apple account.

• Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Tap WooPlus.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If you only see an expiry date, it is already cancelled.

Cancel WooPlus on Android

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it there.

• Open the Google Play Store and make sure you are signed in to the account you paid with.
• Tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions (or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
• Select WooPlus.
• Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Uninstalling WooPlus does not cancel anything. Google and Apple both keep billing until you cancel in the store.

Asking for a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not WooPlus. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose "Request a refund", pick a reason and select the charge. Apple decides case by case.

On Google Play, past subscription payments generally cannot be refunded, with some exceptions in Google's refund policy. You can still request one from your Google Play order history. If you believe you were charged after cancelling, gather screenshots of the cancellation and write to support@wooplus.com as well.

If none of that works and the charge is clearly wrong, your bank or card issuer can tell you whether a dispute is possible.

Cancelling vs deleting your account

Cancelling VIP keeps your profile but stops paid features at the end of the period. Deleting your account removes your profile; do it from the app's settings after you have cancelled the subscription in the store, since deleting the account does not stop store billing on its own.

Before you delete, screenshot any conversations you want to keep, and report any profile that asked you for money or crypto so it does not move on to someone else.
