What WooPlus gets right

WooPlus is designed for curvy people from the ground up, which removes the main frustration of mainstream apps: having to justify your body. Its App Store listing says every profile is reviewed, there are no ads, and members who show kindness can earn an Ally Badge.

The free tier is real. You can build a full profile, browse and match before deciding whether VIP is worth it, which makes WooPlus a low-risk first step into curvy-specific dating.

Why the Trustpilot score is so low

The two ratings tell different stories. App Store ratings are often left in the first days, when the app feels fresh. Trustpilot reviews are usually written after something went wrong, and on WooPlus the same issues come back again and again.

Catfish and scam profiles, including people who quickly push you to WhatsApp or Telegram and then talk about crypto investments.
Billing that reviewers say continued after they cancelled.
Slow support, with most company replies pointing to support@wooplus.com.
Women describing unsolicited sexual messages and reports that went unanswered.

Any match who brings up crypto, trading platforms or "investment opportunities" is running a scam. Unmatch, report, and do not click any link they send.

Subscription terms to know before paying

The App Store terms say VIP renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and that you cannot cancel the current period once it has started. In other words, turning off renewal stops the next charge, not the one you just paid.

Cancel through Apple or Google Play, not by deleting the app. Our step-by-step guide on how to cancel WooPlus walks through both.

Verdict

WooPlus is worth trying for free if you want a curvy-first app and are confident spotting scams. Pay for VIP only once you are getting real conversations, turn off auto-renew right away, and keep every chat in the app until you have video-called.
